Title: oil leak from intercooler

slight oil leak from intercooler pipe on bottom driver side corner not a major leak just a little leak could this cause a problem an if i disconnect pipe will oil run out every whre as just had it serviced cheers gordon

a little yes but not loads

took the bumper of today and cleaned all intercooler and it looks like it never been off in its life but there was alot of build of grime and crap of the road up there so will just have to see what happens from now on

The next thing that happens will be when it blows off under full boost and you get a loud bang and a plume of black smoke!  :shocked:
The connections on the intercooler pipework are crap, which is why I changed all of mine. They wear over time with the engine movement and the oil residue in the system which comes from the crankcase breather helps it move more and eventually blow off!
Just keep an eye on it though and you should be fine as long as it's not got any movement in it yet.
