my friend often comes over my house at least once a week with his xbox for a gaming night. last night it was a late one so he didnt unpack the car and went straight to bed.
he got up this morning to take the dog for a quick walk. when he returned, his car keys were outside his house on the floor. someone had jumped the garden, gone in through the back door, taken his keys and stolen the xbox from the boot.
obviously its a good thing the car is still there but we are both effing furious

wow! Lucky thats all they went for, didnt bother taking the car!? Did he leave the house unlocked then, or was someone in?
Its always a tough call leaving stuff in the car overnight, usually bikes for me, just got to get it indoors out of sight!

whats wrong with the world...
yeah the standard of theft seems to have gone right down hill.....

defo lucky thats all they took instead of finding his car gone aswell
-
people find it easier to steal stuff than working for it nowadays, they also know if they get caught they will get a slap on the wrist so there is no deterrent

Sounds like someone had some inside knowledge that the xbox was in the boot... Sounds a bit strange to me..
