Title: fob problems

my key fob on my 06 gti decided it doesnt want to unlock the car anymore ....it locks it , pops the boot , but wont unlock !! and now as soon as i get in the car it locks itself ........is it just a case of a new fob or is there something else goin on ?

anyone had the same problem ?

no but a friend has ...think am going to have to get him to scan it as its doin my nut in .
