after now having full leather i have decided to upgrade the door speakers.
what sizes are they so i can just buy and swap over without having to cut anything?
-
Both the front and rear door speakers are 6.5".

+1 - Are you running them off the HU or are you planning on running an amp for them?
I would highly recomend running them from an amp as the sound is so much better!
-
as said all are 6.5 inch and would sound better if run from the amp as appose run from head-unit .
-
165mm or 170mm both fit but becareful of the design/depth as the o.e grilles wont fit over many

I've just fitted some JBL component speakers in all my doors, the tweeters I fitted into the original dash positions by modifying the original tweeter speaker baskets and bonding them into place so that they could be pointed towards eye level for optimum sound quality. All the original grilles remain for a OEM finish.

had a look at the back of my head unit aswell and it has jack plugs for front and rear speakers on it so happy days. ready for a sub and amp now.
