Is the ECU good?

Fuel pumps running all the time when off is an indicator of blown ECU due to disconnected earth in some circumstances.

Sorry  I'm not sure if I made myself clear enough the fuel pump runs all the time with relay 30 fitted with ignition on but constantly runs and if you turn ignition off it switches off. It primes but continues to run cheers

Is it definitely the correct relay?  If it is, tried a replacement?

Could be an ecu fault

Could be an ecu fault

As already posted - check the ECU in a known good car installation.

I would put money on the ecu. An earth isnt tight somewhere.

Check all earths continuity with a basic ohm meter

Im going with the wrong relay or the relay for the old digifant ecu is still in the fusebox.
As far as I am aware OBD ecu's from VR's dont suffer the same ground fault as the old digifant ecu's do.
