Title: My guide on removing rear wiper

My quick guide on removing rear wiper.

step 1: Make a brew in a novelty mug(i used sponge bob for this job)

step 2: You will need, possy screwdriver,10mm socket and ratchet,13mm spanner,21mm socket or some good grips

step 3: pull away the black plastic cover on the wiper arm.

step 4: use the 13mm spanner to undo the first nut,once removed,the wiper arm should come off,i used a flat screwdriver to prise it off :angry:

step 5: Remove the cover on the iside off the boot by first undoing the screw located inside the handle.

step 6:Undo any wires that are connected to the motor,and the black pipe,now undo the big nut using a 21mm socket or grips

step 7:Now undo the 4 gold bolts using your 10mm socket,once undone remove the motor,i found removing it by pulling the right side out first.

step 8:Go to wickes and get a 25mm bung,these come in packs of 10 @ £1.58.

step 9:Give the area a clean up and bung in your bung.It may be a bit tight,but trust me it will fit.

step 10:Stand back and admire your mod for less than £2 :cool:

this took me 20 mins max :wink:
I also sprayed my vw badge matt black whilst i was in the diy mood :cool:

what about the rear washer  :rolleyes: aint that built in to the motor so that sitting in the boot if one of your (clever) mates press the button you get wet boot  :sad:

It is also worth pulling the pipe off the washer bottle.
