Looks more like its got lights in rather than glow in the dark. rather like the ones were you can program the lights to make patterns

ye the bmw looks like its got lights, looks good though, as for the wrap as well, meh

a bodyshop near me were i had my other car done does glow in the dark paint, can paint anything you like, they have...

~ red that glows red
~ blue that glows blue
~ green that glows green
~ yellow that glows yellow
~ orange that glows orange
~ white that glows blue
~ white that glows green
