Hi all, I've seen a set of borbet A on eBay off a corrado they 16x9 all round on 215/40/16 will they fit no trouble on a mk3 golf gti?
-
not sure but i think the corrados are 4 stud meaning you would need some kind of hub adaptor someone will correct me if im wrong
-
you may have to roll arches to get the 9j to fit, thats if you want low.
If they are the same ones ive seen on ebay, then yes they are 5 stud, and they look
-
The guy has put them up as 5 stud, but I'm unsure with 16x9 on the front
-
Yeah in one of the pics is a White dog lol they do look good tho , I think my golf is lowered by 60 front and 40 rear I do fancy a set of deep dish tho
-
4 stud pre 93 except the vr I think, but all 5 stud 93 onwards. Just message him and ask him to confirm what they are etc. Dunno if PCD is different and I think you will need spacers anyway.
-
Will be 5 stud and an et of 15, will require some arch work to get them under but look amazingly cool! May need some spacers to clear the calipers?
-
Cheers for that, I have to have a think or might stay with the idea of schmidt modern lines of 15x8 et10 may fit with no or less hassle
-
Would still need spacers with them. Have trawl through Lazy Lunatics thread as he running 9j A's all round and they look amazing!!!
-
I'll have a look, pretty sure the front have a 10mm spacer on the front with the wheels in the pic not sure if it's had arch work done yet or not
-
MK4D4AVE has a set for sale over in the classifieds, and they are 7.5 up front with 9j rears

This may sound stupid but what does the j stand for on the rear size?
-
This may help answer any questions you have: http://www.rimstyle.com/info/alloys-explained.html
Basically it just means the size. 16x9J would be 16" high and 9" wide.

Arch work needed but they always look good on mk3's
