Adidas Samba in Blue FTW.

All I've ever worn.

Just saw the ad with the Doc, made me smile!

Apparently one set is at auction somewhere (didn't say where) and is currently at $75,000.
Fecking nuts! But worth it!

They're all be auctioned - all 1500 pairs of them. 150 a day up until the 18th, all via eBay.

Profits go to Michael J Fox's Parkinsons foundation.

Great idea, just wished they'd made 150,000 pairs and donated less per pair. Charity still makes the money, and I stand a chance of getting a pair without having to sell a kidney

Slightly more affordable but no where near as cool! And not for a good cause!

StevePD has loads of rare trainers

ME TOO

I have LOADS, mostly Jordans, Air max and air force 1's from back in the day (i only bother with nike and the retro nikes, non of the new chav sh!te)

i love adidas originals just not the footware

Air pressure is one of the rarest ever nikes, looks are  very marmite but these i have are worth over £500
got them in 1989 and they reminded me of the very shoes this thread is about  (shame only US residents can bid - not that i have a spare 4k anyhow

here are the air pressure, they pump up like what Reebok pumps did but they only made around 1000 pairs

ugly  ?  probably yeah. but rare. these are considered mint even tho they are cracking due to age
