iv gotten many quotes for my renewal. most wont touch the modified cars. so went down the route of specialists.
most were quoting over a grand and some were quoting 10,000 notes :laugh: either their on drugs or i must be lol
HIC quoted me 900 and adrian flux 1200
went to sky insurance and it dropped to 740notes, was thinking what a winner, and this was with all mods declared.
a couple of weeks passed and i couldnt remember who quoted the cheapest so i rang HIC again to find out and with all mods declared the price was now £640.01 fully comp for 12months
WINNER!! and what i find funny is that quote is £10 cheaper than admiral on a standard 8v gti. i get NCB each year and each year the premium goes up :shocked:
