my mate just emailed me this, its looks too much of a GTI in the pics to be 1.6 made to be a GTI lookalike, also looks like my 56 plate inside, all the silver etc? I dont think VW made a 1.6 DSG in 2004 either, so guess standard auto?

It's not a Gti.
cat D... It's had the bodykit and wheels and seats fitted.
Giveaway is the door pillars look Matt black in colour, and are normally gloss black on GTi's.
1st GTi's were 54 reg.

yeah I know its not a GTI, its just looks too good and too cheap for a lookalike!

To be fair to the guy it's a very good look a like. Yes, standard auto. All the silver stuff has been added.
Would need a proper going over mechanically before Id even consider such a purchase.
