I can see your "robbin b@stards!!" comment already! I think i'd have got the quote before i forked out for the course.
-
Yeah let us know what the difference is taking into account the cost of the course.
-
only certain insurance companies reconise it.
i was going to do it as my instructor was more of a mate so after my test took me out for about 2 hours just to drive around and mess on. ended up that i only needed to do one more thing and i could have got the course and he would have let it go cheep.
had a look on the internet and only insurance companies that reconised it were quoting me about 9k and it would bring it down to about 6k so was pointless me doing it as i got insurance for a few grand cheeper than that :)
but congrats non the less, and hopefully your insurance goes down. :)

I looked into IAM and for me it did F all, same as pass plus another gimmick  Money rather better spent on a racing license.
Congrats mate on passing though, hope it works out for you as well!

I did pass plus, paid off big time!

For real, it did nothing for me and no one was interested, not even the admiral :undecided:
-
It cost me about £150 and I saved £250 off my first year!

No bad, I payed £120 at the time and the only insurers who did give a monkey offered £50 off, but the difference in discounts they offered was still a higher premium than their competition :undecided:

My company paid for me to do it as I drive for a living.. I work for the nhs picking up blood. My next step is to get my blue light licence. So I haven't lost out either way. But thanks for all the nice congrats guys.
-
pass plus saved me £400 with endsleigh insurance a few years back
-
all depends on who you are insured with then i guess!
-
Pass plus knocked £500 of my first years insurance
