Title: what would happen if i put a diesel 150 bhp pd turbo in my car?

what would happen if i put a diesel 150 bhp pd turbo in my car? would that make it faster ive herd it would work but im not so sure has any 1 tryed it?

its been done a few times, with good results. ideally you want matching injectors (not cheap on PD engines !), and obviously you'll need a remap to make it work properly... bare in mind also the pd150 has a front mounted intercooler so the boost pipes may be different.

seems more people are going for hybrid turbos these days.. from the likes of allard motorsport.

any more info on this guys's.  would'nt mind finding out about this,  what turbo's are used on the diesels?
petrol is ko3,3s and 04 etc, what type is on the diesel :undecided:

diesels use garret turbos iirc .. the kkk series are all made by borg warner
