Title: Mk3 heated seats not working

Hi I'm trying to fix my heated seats I have had a quick look and under the passenger seat there is a black box but there is not on the drivers I have read somewhere that when you turn them on there should be a click noise but mine does not do anything can anybody please help as it's going to start getting cold soon and I would like to have a warm ass lol

I'm keen to know about this too.  sometimes I think they are working but then I think it's my imagination.   in my caddy van there is no mistaking.  Could do with a toasting ass too.

Mine dont click.

You will have to look for any dodgy or loose connections.
