Anyone else experiance this?
I had a Kenwood unit where the phono for the sub sticks in the back and there is so little room it has done the cable in a bit. Ran that headunit over accidentally, new headunit, so little space that the wires on the wiring block on the H/U have gone funny so the sub just keeps "poping" and if I wiggle them and twist them they'll come back.
Going to repair that loom, no worries but has anyone come across this before?
Just no space for anything!

Take the glove box out & you've got plenty of access

Thanks. :)
Done that it's just the red and white phonos want to hit the heater box all the time. :undecided:
The headunit doesn't like slotting back in. I've managed to tuck most of the wiring under the headunit.

I run all the wiring into the cavity in between the glove box and the head unit. There is a hole at the back left where everything seems to fit. Perhaps you need shorter phono connectors, if distance from back of head unit to dash plastic surround is a problem.

Hmm perhaps cheers mate.
Going to cover the edges of the metal cage with duct tape to stop them being so sharp and get some right angle phonos.
Cheers. :)

you can get 90 degree adaptors for the phono's, that sorted the same problem i had on a previous car
