Title: Question regarding the location of MAP sensor on my S3/LCR engine
Post by: F17BAD on 29 August 2011, 18:17
I have it located on the warm side of the charge (Before the intercooler)

Iv since found out on the donor car it was after the intercooler (just before throttle body)

Does anybody know if my location will casue me any issues or power loss, incorrect readings  etc ??

Yea, saw it. He knows his way around these engines i think. I'm sure he's done some pressure drop tests too. Before and after IC. Should see/feel an improvement in that alone  :smug:
