Title: Electric Window - b!tch
Post by: scooby7161 on 29 August 2011, 14:03
I have tried 3 regulators in the N/S front door and none of them will work. The motor's all try for a secong each time but will not move. All work off the car when i connect straight to a battery. Don't want to pay stealer prices for what should be an easy fix.

     Anything I could try?

When you fit the regulator and motor in the door without the glass does it go up and down ok ?

Have a look at the loom as it enters the door from the A pillar! It's very common for the wires to break over the years of the doors being opened and closed :) I had similar problem with my vento and two out of the three that were broken were actually just broken wires
