Title: Mk4 Owner just joined

Hi, I have a mk 4 2.0 Gti. Thought i would sign up. Thought it would be good to check out any how too guides. Its been an interesting 18 months of ownership so far!, Water pump broke up, front bushes replaced, front window collapsed in the door, rear washer came pipe came apart but not before soaking tailgate lock ,rear wheel bearing went, reverse light switch corroded and now the oil sensor on the sump has gone, and it uses more oil than it should. I expect a lot of these faults are normal for a 100,000 mile car but it has kept me busy.

sounds like you have had a enjoyable 18 months so far!

have a look in the mk4 section all the info you need!

Like the wheels on the motor mate!

Thanks guys. I do plan on replacing the rear lights as one is cracked and will probably go for the M3 style to match the black. I an glad you like the wheels when i got them they were corroding round the middle and i wanted to do something interesting with them so had them refurbished into anthracite and got some VW centre caps to fit them. Long term i have considered some blacker Headlights.
