What modifications can i do to have it really low?
-
Modify the rear arches, will need rolling and pulling.
-
roll and flare arches
stretch tyres 195/45 or 195/40
some negative camber 1.5
You may get away with doing camber depending how low you want to go.

I have 9" et20 on the rear. rolled them my self and fitted camber shims job done. I have 195/45/16 tyres and they rub on the rear bumper clip. I need 195/40/16.
But because you have et35, you will be fine with 195/45 and just a roll of the arch.

you need 195/40/ or 195/45 to make them fit. if your worried they will pop off the rim don't buy 9" wide wheels, simple. But you will find they hold very well.
