Title: Mk3 with ABS rear discs

I gotta do my rear discs soon on my vr6. I was wondering how easy it is to get the old speed rotors out of the old discs . Should i just get new rotors when i get the new bearings? How easy is it to fit the rotors without damaging them? I have done rear discs before but not with ABS.
