Title: 8v radiator wtf

ok here goes,i  noticed my radiator was leaking a bit last week and thought sod it i'll change it i've done loads before no probs.went to ecp picked one up,fitted it and that also leaked  :laugh: took that back changed for another and guess what....leaking same place :shocked:.i'm on the THIRD rad from ecp in a week.i give up i'm gonna get a genuine one from the stealers,how much lube am i going to need to take with me so they can ass rape me lol

S/h genuine might be a better bet or try a local motor factors.

both new ones were leaking from the bottom right corners tweed.cheers wayne i will have a phone around thanks guys

I got mine from GSF and its been spot on. Maybe you just got a couple from a duff batch at ECP.  :undecided:

are you sure that it's not leaking from a hose, then running down to the lowest point and dripping from the bottom making it look like the rad?

no,ive unbolted the rad from the housing and checked around the hoses and fan switch and all is dry.the coolant seems to be coming from the nipple ( :tongue:) looking bits on both bottom corners of the rad i think a trip back to ecp is needed
