I'm a city fan so it's new to me!
Hopefully we'll get a decent draw!

I stopped listening

Same here mate.
I remember standing at Bootham Crescent over 11 years ago , watching us lose to York City in Division two, near Christmas time, thinking we would be lucky to stay afloat...now fast forward 11 years and we have all of this!
I do miss the £10 tickets though

What do you guys think to your new stadium?

I do miss Maine Road, but it was falling down, apart from the newly built Kippax and Umbro Stand, the other two were very old and looking it too. Plus with only 32,000 seats, was to small, even back in Div 2 we were getting around 29.000 a week
I hope we keep this new one at 48,000 though , as any bigger, we will get to many new fans wanting to come just as we are doing well and I would hate that. Around the ground is awesome now though, with the City Square, new metrolink coming in. So all looking good

I've had a season ticket for the last 13 years, both stadiums are superb

I couldnt agree less. I (as an away fan) felt it was really soul-less. Its nice and clean and modern but there was a distinct lack of atmosphere. Agree with you about it getting any bigger, there were already enough fans sitting in silence not getting behind your team. There was only a little corner near where we were making any noise.
Who are you hoping to avoid then? You dont want Dortmund or Napoli really from pot 4

To be honest mate, I find the same quite atmosphere at every ground I visit now, bar maybe Stoke. I agree though, it can be too quite at times there. I remember a few season back, with Stuart Pearce in charge, the atmosphere was so bad, they even tried pipping crowd noise through the tannoy system, which did not go down well!
Not fussed who we get, even if we get Barca ect. Have to play all the big teams at one stage or another. Would love a German team, as always a good away trip and maybe a Spanish one too, nice weather!
-
Hardest possible draw:
Barca
Lyon/Shakhtar
Man City
Napoli
Easiest:
Porto
Villareal
Man City
Otelul
:afro:
-
The atmosphere's a lot better than it used to be, be even better with the likes of barca etc coming, i think they'll expand it up to 60,000 over the next few years.
-
And Nasri left Arsenal claiming "The fans make more noise and the atmosphere is better"
Basically he like the idea of £170,000 a week!

Nah he liked a club that is going places, unlike Arsenal who see fit to sell their best places and bring in random kids.

with all this money theyre spending and theyll still never be as good as man united lol
i do find it funny at how many decent players are leaving their clubs to go to city for huge stupid amounts of money, because one day, itll all come crashing, what goes up, must come down
but all credit to footballers, when youre offered £175k per week, you arent going to turn it down
but to add though, no matter who city come up against, theyll do well, theyve got the ability to do so
-
lets hope citeh get a nice easy draw... that way they can find out what being a top team is all about. Especially as the end of the season draws nearer and you have to play in FA cup, chaps league and contend with premier league.
... lets face it unless they win all 3 then their season has been a bit of a failure

Exactly , be stupid to say no to earning £200,000 a week. Players these days don't care about who or where they play , (look at Beckham ) money is more important to them
