Hi, I joined yesterday and cannot find any way to post a new thread!
There is the quote button on each post available which I've used here. The help says there should be a new post link under the forum name/tree it's just not there. also cant see any way of contacting a moderator to ask them so this is my best bet :-)
Probably being thick but could you advise?

If you look at the top right hand corner there is 'Quick Links' Under there are the options, 3rd one is 'New Topic' click that to start a new topic :)

Similar story here, and issues uploading pictures... Does that have anything to do with number of posts? Soo not good at this stuff!! :embarrassed:

Use photobucket (or similar) and insert the link? Worked for me.
