Nope, does not work for me
-
lol, im not feeling it either, just dont know with what to try next, i want to be exotic! haha.
lucky for me, i only done 1 side ;)
so give me some ideas.
the usual
silver
black
satin black (what i had)
grey/anthracite
must be something out there that works well, i had the black wheels done, and now at least 5 golfs around my area also have satin black wheels.....and 1 with some funny looking chequer flags down the side.....

BUT a very senior engineer from Land Rover once said (in reference to a problem I was having with the dynamic response system on a brand new Range Rover Sport that left it stranded in the Isle of Man @ 679 miles.....) that if I want to buy a car that was fitted with leading edge technology that I should expect it to have a certain amount of bleeding edge to go with it.
I pass this wisdom onto you, keep trying new colours but one wheel at a time

Seems to be a lot of nice VW product around the Bridgewater/somerset area, must be the TSR thing, seen your car around too and it looks great .
How about steelies?
-
Dark grey would be a good choice.
-
yeah, im thinking grey/anthracite now. its the only colour apart from black and silver that works well.
and TSR are a bunch of c*%$s to be fair, there only interested in you if your pockets are longer than a 60s porn stars thingy! i went into ask them about where the engine number is usually stamped and he reply "dunno goggle it" even tho he had about 4 engines on the work bench behind him. tospot!
Gavv8, give us a toot next time you go past. il try to acknowledge you.
-
Black crinkle
Thom
-
isnt that the 80/90s interior colour and texture stuff? looks like stone chip paint.
imagine trying to clean the brake dust off that!!
-
Proper powder coated crinkle finish, is the stuff that Ferrari use on engine parts. its easy to clean, and you wont see the brake dust anyway! Lots of the Jap Drift cars also use this finish on the wheels
