You can try flatting it wet with 1500 sand paper on a block and polishing it back up with a machine buffer and compound polish but still not a guarantee.

There is a product dedicated to removing super glue but i cant remember what its called. But you can buy it at screwfix. but its acetone that you would use. I used it on a plastic light project I made at college but it damaged the finish of the plastic so idk how it.will leave your paint work :/ Good luck though dude.
