600bhp from a turbo and remap?? surely optimistic (or shed loads of other work been done)
-
true mate, shed load of stuff has been done to it
-
Nice... any more info on what it is?
-
sorry mate, dont have much info about it,can always have word with my mate, get back to you
-

-
Loving the illegally displayed number plate

600bhp :undecided:
There's that video of a twin turbo'd R32 smoking a knob in a Z4 on the Autobahn and that was "only" making 550bhp, I very much doubt this one will be 600bhp. Nevertheless, it won't be slow
-
the actual figure is irrelevant, as this will surely smoke most vehicles on the road.
-
nice like that alot!
-
i so wanna build one of these for my next car lol and keep the 1.8t haha
-
Should be interesting to see the outcome of this.
-
It'll smoke its clutch/gearbox/rings/bearings too...i'm not doubting you but 600bhp is a big ask.
-

Surely the rear one is the only one people will be looking at anyway?
ROAAAARRRRRR TSHH!
"What the!?"
-
from my reading over on the r32oc and i have looked into turbo-ing the 4mo the baby turbo
kit will make 450bhp easy on stock internals then remap that you have very close to 500BHP.
the middle kit is around 550 then with a remap 600bhp.
bare in mind the prices for these kits are astronomical £8000+ for the hgp turbo kit
-
this is a ruthless looking beast
foooking love it
-
How much work does the motor need for that kind of power and what about transmission?
-
not to sure as i never thought of having a car with that much power but im guessing
forged internals,3"-3.5" turbo back.upgraded ignition.piggy back ecu quite alot reckon,15k i bet with turbo kit.
take alook at these

30k for a mk6 GTI?
8k + plus 8k for a MINT MK4 R32 = 16k for a 600 BHP AWD Turbo wagon.

my mate is gonna get back to me when the map is done, even if it does not make 600bhp its still a beast, well anything over my stock 150bhp is a beast
-
Love these r32's. Thats a nice one. Bet its fast anyway
-
hot damn!
-
id love a charged R they sound

This motor was in a bodyshop where my mate was getting his 16vT Rado resprayed. I had a look at it, its a serious machine
-
anyone got latest performance vw?
There's a rado vrt making 550wp with high boost 1.4 bar (don't quote that) so I think a r32 with some work, big turbo, high boost will easily make 600bhp, but it really does depend on the spec.

whas this at eddie's place?-couch works in elay road, also is your mate with the rado a big bloke, spoke to him and he seems a nice down to earth geezer,he also hates bbs's and liking deep dishes
-
Thats the guy! His rado was Ed's last job, just saw it the other weekend actually and it looks amazing, everything was perfect, wish he could have done mine! Strangely there was another silver R32 similar to the one in your other post another time I went there and saw the blue one, was it the same one?
-
i think so mate, yeah ed's packed his bags for oz,wanted him to spray my bumbers,i was to late.
