Title: tie rods

Mine have gone on my mk2 valver its a manual rack how hard is it to change these?am i better to remove rack and fit them outside?

I couldnt get a spanner on mine with car jacked up and also i couldn t get the gaiter on the other side.
I ended up paying a garage to get a gaiter put on because it fecking annoyed me. Easier on a ramp.

Probably easiest with the sub frame off?
