any1 any ideas how many miles they get to a tank? and how much is yours to fill up
cheers
-
350? and the cost all depends on the price of the fuel you're putting in.
all Golf tanks held the same volume of fuel. 12 gallon 55 litres.
-
Depends on what journey you're doing too. Motorway cruising its easy to get over 300 and still have 10 litres left. Driving around town though and u can take 100 miles off. Well, thats my car anyhoo.
-
i used to manage 400  it was mostly motorway driving tho with an ecotec valve
-
Is an ecotek a worthwhile purchase?
-
depends :undecided: it seemed to get me a good 40 miles more out of a tank on my 1.6 driver, but has done f**k all on my 16v. it seems to work well with carbed engines maybe

well, its a bit of a sore point with mine at the moment, im having all sorts of problems with my 'driver'!
mine does approx 250 miles to a tank and it costs approx £38 to fill from empty?! i have got a bit of lead foot though, prob doesnt help much!

Same here...I can't get any better than 250-280 from a full tank.

I get aroun 300-340 out of a full tank in my 1.8
