Mine had problems on Tuesday.....I rang Customer Services and apparently they are having problems with there system and the auto update on your handset is not getting done. They advised me to turn phone off, remove sim card and turn phone on. Then turn off again reapply sim card and turn on. May help and may not. Did nothing for me then about 5 pm I got loads of texts. Been alright since.

yeah tried turing off phone but no joy! this happened a while ago one of the mast was damaged and nauzed everything up!

from experience i have always found vodaphone to be utter sh!tE :sick: :sick: :sick:

i chose to take out a new contract alongside my vodahone one because of the constant los of signal and no help, rather than stay with them for 2 years.


paid off in 2 months :grin:

no signal in Oxshott even with Vodafones sure signal box i have none!!!!!!!!!!!

recently theres been no signal quite a lot
they did have mast issues as most of them were very old
replaced around 200 or so they said
but still issues in certain areas

they are cutting off signal to anyone who is suspected of being involved in the riots... something to tell us mate?  :grin:

We use Vodafone at work and were told there had been a fire which was been causing issues with service
