Title: silicone hoses amd vnt cleaning

The Mrs has now decided she would like all the vacuum hoses and inlet pipes replaced/upgradede .  (easy for her to say I'm paying for it and  doing it)

wheres good for silicone hose kits for a gt tdi 150?

and is there anything I can use to clean the VNT flaps without removing the turbo , I know Ideally I should remove it and clean but I wuld like to avoid that if possible
