Aftermarket she has had....
HID 6000 lights
MK4 front lights
Euro look rear lights
Full s/s exhaust
OMP steering wheel
Coilovers
In dragon green and in very good condition.
So here are the pics!

VRery nice.... I'm after the digi climate for mine, makes it feel a bit more modern
-
VRery nice....
Thanks mate
Lovely car to drive with heap loads of low down torque. MPG is a bit painful but hey I can live with that!
-
Very nice, could do with a tweak of coilovers on the back however.
-
Very nice, looks in good condition.
Could do with a wind down of those coilovers though!
-
Looks good, wish I could afford to run a VR
Is it just me or has the heated screen button and rear leccy windows button swapped sides?

My sentiments exactly.
The coilies could be wound down some more too.
-
Really nice car mate but would look better with standard headlights/no mudflaps/standard steering wheel and black calipers otherwise a lovely car and like others here, i wish i could afford to run a VR.
-
Thanks everyone
How do I make sure the height is correct all round when adjusting the coilovers as she does look a bit high, especially at the back?
Due to costs I am finding she is not as bad as I thought. Around town about 23-24. I had a Volvo T5 for a few months.....Very fast but the best MPG I got was 18 around town! Insurance for me on the VR is £387 fully comp so not that bad.

I measure from bottom of the coilover to the spring.
Spray plenty of wd40 first

Just wind them down to the bottom, that way you know they're both at the same height
-
Good looking motor mate. Nice work

The strangest thing is, My vr6 gives me an honest 30/31 mpg. Don't get me wrong, i use it as a toy and tend to drive it when roads are quiet but on a sunday run I can get the trip up to 36mpg. I'm well aware that these units can overread, however, if i actually calculate the amount of fuel i've put in against the miles i've covered if anything you'd swear the computer does the opposite.
Seriously, i wouldn't dream of putting a ten spot into even my 2.0tdi caddy but with the vr6 it seems to last for ages. certainly lasts longer than even my interestingly economical 350z. she does around 27/28.
-
mine is 18 over thousands of miles
-
looks very clean that

Measure from the bottom spring plate to a fixed point on the car and use a steel rule if you can.

Seems cheap :undecided:

Just wait for the fuel bills...
I've already smashed out about £70 on fuel this month...and that's at £1.08 a litre....
Oh the joys!
The sound is worth it, just ask some of the guys that were at the JKM Rolling road day!

I've done £70 a couple of weeks ago in a week.
I get a lift to work.
Although I think my 1.6 uses far more fuel then a VR ATM.
-
If i could get my fuel bill down too £60 a week then id be happy... i mean i am solely responsible for ruining the planet
-
I like it. :afro: Be sure to enter it into the MK3 forum calendar. Oh, and where did you get your BBS Centre caps from, I'm after some red ones.
-

The fuel bills are a bit......Well lets just say I am on first name terms with the staff at the local BP garage!!
The VR noise is just lovely.....I keep wondering if I should put an induction kit on her?
Shady Pioneer.....The BBS centre caps came with the car, I will keep a look out for some for you  Also chap, how do I enter her into the MK3 forum calendar?
