Anyone know where to get a good quality impack wrench, I'm looking around the £50-£80 price, pref 18v :)
-
The best impact wrench are the snap on ones, a bit expensive though.
There is a review on other wrenches in this months car mechanics magazine, so if you can grab a copy.

ingersol rand. they do proper air inpact wrenches that make the snapon ones look ghay, ait cheep and you need lots of air tho
-
Agree with Danny on the Ingersol Rand but well out of your budget.
Have a look for some Chicago Pnuematic(cp) windy guns.

I thought the OP was asking for a battery powered wrench?
I have the 14.4v and 18v snap on impact wrenches, and they are everything but ghay

makita ones have done me well.
you may get the bare tool for 50-80 £ but you'll still need an battery and charger sadly that'll probaly put a 1 infrount of your budget

I got a good one from Machine Mart...... A Clarke mains powered one. Its heavy duty and does the job quite well. It was £64 pounds.

I've also got one of them. They are very powerful so be careful.
A big negative though is the lack of variable trigger, so its either on or off, and that can be tricky with so much power!
-
:) I think im gunna save up and go Snap On or Silverline :)
-
Buy the 18v snap on for bigger jobs, or 14.4v for smaller jobs.
I've tried quite a few wrenches, and the snap on really are the best.

I have a Clarke 24v one which is very powerful.. i have only used it about 5-10 times am willing to sell for the right price if your interested.. its very powerful something like 480ft/lb's of torque pm me if you interested

Clarke wrenches do get a good reviews.
Positives - Very powerful, well built.
Negatives - Batteries don't last as long as some brands, no variable trigger(i think?)
