Title: fitting 8x16 and 9x16 alloys to a mk2 golf

hi i want to fit 8x16 to the front and 9x16 to the rear the wheels i am having are the Dare RS's will they fit OK i have rolled the rear arches what mods will i need to do to the front?

dunno just know they are for a mk2 golf. what offset would i need??

Well somewhere around 30, see if you can find out, should be an ET number stamped in the wheel.

right decided to ditch the 9x16 and stick with 8x16 front and rear with 195/45/16 rubber saw loads fitted with these and i can get them for £525 all in

found out the offset of the alloys yesterday and they are et25 am i right in thinking that these wont fit without arch mods as i am fitting some escort cossie alloys which are et25 to my mk4 escort cab and i have had to do some major mods to the arches.

on the rear, it depends on how far the arch covers the wheel...  :undecided:

8's will be sweet enough!
