Verdict: You'll be looking at a Mk3 Golf for this kind of money, but it still feels solid after all these years. Dynamically dull but as tough as old boots mechanically

7th is not bad, focus deserves to be up there, fiesta WILL be rusty and i wouldn't touch any french rubbish, been there never again.

I'm not sure if it's in order of preference, as they rate the 10th spot (Fiat Punto) as their fave..

Maybe readers had to vote but they still prefer the punto, could do worse i quite like the 16v sporting.
