After hitting a pothole in my village a couple of months ago which caused a scuff on my alloy and a bulge in my tyre, i got a cheque for £168 through the post today for cost of repairs :smiley:
See, if you complain sometimes they do listen :wink:

Yeah they were really good, they sent me letters at every step of the investigation. When i made the first phonecall to complain, they came out and filled the hole within 24 hours. Good job i'd already taken photos of the hole and the damage (they also paid for the developing costs) :smiley:

In the process of going through it with mine now, exept i dented my wheel, so it leaks air. they have phoned me tho and seem really helpful
