just been sorting my exhaust out as it's been blowing, where i noticed some of the protection had gone and the floor is rusting (6 inch square) swo when i come to welding a new piece in, whats the best product to use to protect it?

Underseal.
Does what it says on the tin!
-
Waxoil based underseal is another good choice as it stays flexible
-
cheers for that, simple enough answer, as wayne says, waxoil will be the one i go with as it's still flexible

A good product seems to be Bilt hamber Dynax UB. Recently did some welding underneath, Painted with Epoxy mastic and will be using this too. May even brush on some seam sealere too.

They all stay flexible!
