Door loom is very expensive - £150 or so from VW.

checkout my blog - lots of recent post as litterally just done this.  http://javalins.wordpress.com/ (http://javalins.wordpress.com/)

the plugs all sorted now, it's  all be rewired and working, the problem i have now is that i snapped the blue flex pipe off the central locking from the door removing it from the connector

good question, don't really know.  VW can sell you a clear plastic pipe but no ends on it, and I suspect you need a tool....?

if you get a piece of pipe 1 size bigger about 4 inch's long place over both ends this will sort it out.
