Can you do a log of blocks
115
114
060
then you can see if its a hardware issue
-

what gear? is that in engine then blocks?

if its safe in 3rd gear from 2500rpm to the redline just be for you put your foot down press start then and it asap poss when and a safe speed slowing down.

i done some logging just driving around, i would have to go to the motoway to do that, so many little kids around at the mo. I live next to the beach.
have a look over the log above

I am looking at them now, the load in the midrange is a constant 20% over even with the N75 map pulling back to 70%, its hard to see from the logs but it look like the throttle plate is trying to cap the over boost as well. This is the problem with custom mapping its very hard to get it done in one stint all tuners get these issues.. You have two options, one is to reduce the pre-load on the actuator to see if it brings the boost in to requested range, or just ask AMD to reduce the KFLDIMX (N75 I polit map) between 3200rpm and 4000rpm by around 10% of the actual N75 value, and it should be about bang on. Apart from that the requested values look spot on.

ok, thanks for that info nick  I will try and do that other run tonight when all the kids have gone home  and update this post
