Title: rear window issue
Post by: nightroamer on 25 July 2011, 10:57
Hi guys,

i have a minor issue with one rear window.

the mechanism drops ok but the glass doesn't, before i pull the door apart can anyone tell me how to secure the window into the mechanism?

is it just a metal clamp? or glued?

thanks

put the mech back into the up position, take the door card off and once you have access to the mechanism gradually move it down so you can see the clamps and make sure the window gets secured in the clamps but dont do them up too tight!!

sounds like the glass is not secure so i would check this first mate
