Stripping my drivers seat down at the min to replace the cover. Came unstuck when I couldnt get the plastic pieces that the headrest slots into. Anyone know how these come off????????

Yes, use a spark plug socket-push the open ended part of the socket around all four prongs from inside the back rest and the tube should come out easily! ;)

Good suggestion there from old_boy, I used a piece of pipe......access is difficult and they are a pig to do.
