hi all , was thing of fitting a bigger turbo on my golf(it's fast but want it to go faster)will a mk4 golf 130 bhp or passat 1 fit ?.

I believe so, have you upgraded the injectors yet? Once they're done along with a change of turbo you'll need it remapping from what I've read.

hi ,not yet doing the gti set up fist to disc all round then the turbo and eventually the injectors than a remap at some point ,already changed the exhaust and air filter.

Passat turbo wont fit as the housing is wrong (its not a transverse engine liek yours) and the 115, 130 and 150bhp tdi engines use VNT Turbos, which will be usless. Your best bet is a good after market turbo, but then a tdi runs high boost anyway, because it can. So big injectors and a bleed valve will give you good gains, and to be fair your turbo will run out of puff at 4000rpm+.... but then so does a TDI Engine. So there is no need for a bigger turbo untill the injectors are upgraded, you have a good intercooler and possibly a remap. Although this might be best saved till after the bigger turbo if you do decide to get one
