hey all, when i bought my car, it had a ding on the front... the left headlight has been pushed in slightly and the bumper is off alignment on the corners.

my query is... everytime i drive over uneven road surfaces or bumps, i hear a squeechy sound-coming from front. any ideas what it could be??? and how do i overcome the problem???
