coming home today from nass festival and going up a large hill my clutch started to slip , now its not done it since but i think its time to change it (90K on original), as i dont want to be left stranded , now ive got a ramp , tools and parts ect ect , whas i wanted to know is because its got a cable clutch not hydraulic , when i remove it because you have to remove the cable from the g-box end by pressing the arm up i presume wont that make the cable adjustand therefore not go back on and be permantly engauged or can they be reset or is there a way to do it that i just dont know , also any tips on doing the job would be great thanks ,

Did a clutch on my 1.4 recently, its an ABD though so not sure how much it differs
you can reset the clutch cable when the new clutch is in, I cant remember exactly how you do it as i borrowed a friends Haynes manual and followed that for the cable, but yeah you can do it
