Title: mk2 16v and mk3 8v exhaust port spacing?

Customer of mine needs rid of a mk2 16v 421 mani, will it fit my Mrs mk3 8v? Also, how different is a mk2 exhaust from mani back to a mk3.. he may also have a nice magnex to get rid of off his mk2...

Manifold will not fit also mk2 exhaust will not fit a mk3.
