Title: Removing sound from a video software?

Right, Ive got a video i want to take the music from. Its 1hr 20mins of concert and i want to take the audio from it and whack it on my Iphone..... How? All i keep finding is stuff i can replace the audio with

or if you want a free option ffmpeg does this as well.

Though it can be a bit complicated to setup not very user friendly.
