Im having some trouble player newer Blu-Rays through it. The older ones i have work fine (public enemy, xmen etc) but when u put newer ones in (in this case r.e.d), you get asked if you'd like to update. If you pick yes or no it will think for a sec and then bring up the same message.
I have had a nosey on the HP webside and have found an update for MediaSmart and one for the blu-ray drives firmware but still no joy.
Anybody else you this program or have any ideas on what i might need to do the overcome this problem?
