Title: HELP.....HELP....
Post by: mr wong on 09 April 2005, 13:43
Advice needed re wheels. I have just bought a set of 16" Mk4 alloys to replace my rather corroded and scuffed Mk3 wheels. The tyres that were on the 15" alloys were 205/55/15 my new wheels are 205/55/16.

There is some rubbing comming from the front especially where I think the wheels are rubbing against the front suspension. My suspension is Koni Sport and its adjustable. With Eibach springs.

What will I need to do? Is it a case of just of raising the suspension or will I need to buy some new springs or is the tyre profile now all wrong?????

Also how dangerous is this to drive at the moment???????

Answers appreciated ASAP or any advice one to one also greatly appreciated on 07989 950132.
