have a search mate theres some threads where guys have used a workbench vice and another where a guy used a bit of threaded rod with big washers, from what ive read getting the new ones in is all about constant pressure on the bush until it deforms

the front outer ones chuff (and I) managed to get back on ok.. we left the inner ones alone because once off they looked nigh on impossible to get back on and mine looked in relatively good condition.

i painted the antirollbar in hammerite hammer finish to give it a good strong protection before the finish coat ( high temp engine laquer red ) before it goes on the car . when i put the finish coat on top of the hammerite it reacted like mad looked a rite mess so had to strip it all down again and re sand it ! the new bushes i put fairy liquid inside and they just pushed on a treat !!!!
heres a few pics . ohh and if your thinking why is it in the bathroom ?? lol it started to rain as id painted it and i pooped mysen !!
