Title: possible to fit an r32 twin center milltek exhaust?

Just wondering if these will bolt straight on (with the correct bumper)

They do a GTI centre exit version, but you do need an R32 bumper.

As has been said you can get a GTI version. An R32 exhaust will not bolt straight on.

Not sure what Steve has but I would say its a pretty safe bet its a Milly.
