hi all,  recently purchased a 1 owner mk4 v5 and there are some surface scratches on nearly every panel... previous lady owner has not been too careful. i need help and advise on how to take these off without sending car to respray. someone told me t-cut will do the job however it will remove 1st layer of the paint. will this be permanent and are there any other alternatives???

I there not through the clear coat then you'll be able to flat and polish them out
